Integration RuleXpress and Visual Paradigm

BCS - Dr. Juergen Pitschke created a plug-in for the integration of RuleXpress and Visual Paradigm. The plug-in connects two worlds - Business Rule Management with RuleXpress and Business Process Modeling with Visual Paradigm.
After synchronization the RuleXpress vocabulary is available in Visual Paradigm. In Visual Paradigm the following functionality is supported:
- Check if terms used in naming model elements are known in the RuleXpress vocabulary
- Indicate that a term is missing in the vocabulary or make updates that are to be synchronized with RuleXpress
- Visualize fact types in the UML business object model notation
- Assign rule groups to elements in business process models
- Linking business rules with other model elements as requirements, use cases etc. to integrate them in an enterprise model
The integration uses the generic synchronization module that RuleArts developed to synchronize vocabulary and rules with other environments. Besides synchronization with other kind of modelling environments, it is also used for synchronization with rule engines.
