- Support desk
Customers that have a maintenance and support contract for RuleXpress will receive 24 hour support on the product. Our support desk consists of two teams located in the USA and the EU.
- Support forum
For licensed customers, there is an exclusive area on this website offering a training center with FAQ's, how to media, and a User Forum to share best practices in the RuleXpress user group or contact support.
