RuleXpress^™ is a software tool aimed toward the business-level capture, analysis and management of business rules, including the terms and facts that support them. It is intended to be a business-friendly tool for business workers to use directly in developing guidance (business rules and/or other elements of governance) for the business in business terms, as well as the business glossaries to support them.

RuleXpress is not intended in any way to substitute for or replace any of the following:

run-time rule engines, inference engines or similar IT tools or platforms used to evaluate and/or execute rules at execution-time,
editors that support specification and/or management of rules for such tools, or
software requirements tools supporting specification of IT application systems embedding or using such rules.

RuleArts, LLC is a Texas corporation which is jointly and equally owned by Business Rule Solutions, LLC (a Texas corporation) and LibRT Quality management technology LLC. (a Nevada corporation).
